Mon, Wed 8am to 5pm
Tu, Thurs 7:30 to 3:30pm
Requirements:
Active New Jersey License
BLS
Description:
Clinic is staffed with 2 MA's and one provider
Has a dispensary
Average of 10-12 patients per day
